It’s Biker’s Week in Daytona Beach.

And that means it is time for a serious annual brawl: the coleslaw wrestling tournament at Sopotnick’s Cabbage Patch.

It’s 2,000 pounds of minced cabbage mixed with 4 gallons of vegetable oil and beer-fueled gladiators.

Since 1985, bikini-clad biker women have tussled two at a time in a pit of vegetable oil and shredded cabbage until one woman is left standing, much to the delight of thousands of bikers who cheer as the coleslaw flies, the contestants tumble, and the clothing pops off.

The stakes are high with a $500 cash prize.

Participants have been known to “shred” some of their clothes while wrestling.

Heather Spears, 27, of Volusia County, is the reigning Queen of the Pit, having been undefeated in her past nine tournaments, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

And she won again, reports the Daytona Beach News Journal.

What is Spears’ strategy?

“Get it fast, be done,” Spears said.

Her favorite weapon?

“Watch my legs,” she said. “Leg sweeps.”

This is not family-friendly entertainment.

Here is their warning: Nudity is not only an accidental by-product of those activities, it is the reason our friends attend, participate, and enjoy viewing the proceedings, according to the Cabbage Patch Bar.

Bikers at Sopotnick’s Cabbage Patch cheered and took photos of Hustler magazine’s Jade Delexxxor, 32 , as she took off her top for the crowd before the coleslaw wrestling took place on March 7, 2007. Coleslaw wrestling at Sopotnick’s Cabbage Patch in Samsula is one of the high points of Bike Week. Women get into a pit of shredded cabbage mixed with vegetable oil and wrestle.
