The first step is to find Shadow or Ghost recruitment posters. It won't matter which one, because Deadpool doesn't discriminate. You can find these on the walls of buildings around the map. I found two at Frenzy Farm, and I got my last one in Pleasant Park. You've probably walked right past them and paid them no heed before, so think back if you know where to go for a poster. The posters will have ether a Ghost or Shadow insignia on them.
Once you've located one, walk up to it and you'll be given a prompt to deface it. You'll mark the poster in Deadpool's image, and you have to do this three times. Despite the challenge having you deface posters, you don't need a spray to do it.
Completing this will get you a Deadpool weapon wrap.
