KOMPAS.com - Restoran khas Jawa Barat, Talaga Sampireun membuka restoran terbaru di Jakarta Pusat tepatnya di Jalan Kramat Kwitang.  

Talaga Sampireun Menteng ini memiliki slogan “Traditional Indonesian Culinary Experience.”

Sesuai dengan slogan tersebut, restoran ini menawarkan pengalaman kuliner Indonesia dengan perpaduan suasana tradisional dengan sentuhan kontemporer yang kekinian.

Telaga Sampireun Menteng masih menghadirkan ciri khas saung lesehan, danau kecil, dan air mancur yang memanjakan mata.

“Danau menjadi daya tarik utama dan bisa menjadi short escape bagi para pelanggan dan pekerja yang mencari tempat makan yang menenangkan jiwa,” ujar Kalvin Lie selaku Direktur Talaga Sampireun saat ditemui Kompas.com, Selasa (21/03/2023).

Talaga Sampireun menawarkan dua pilihan makan, yaitu dining formal dan cafe. Jika ingin menyantap hidangan bersama keluarga, kamu bisa makan di area dining. 

Sementara itu, kalau ingin sekadar nongkrong bareng teman, meeting, ataupun Work From Cafe (WFC), kamu bisa coba makan di area cafe.

Selain itu, mereka juga menghadirkan lebih dari 100 makanan khas Nusantara dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia yang bisa kamu coba nikmati sambil menikmati suasana pedesaan.

Penyajian masakan khas Nusantara sebagai bentuk komitmen Talaga Sampireun Menteng untuk melestarikan makanan Indonesia. 

“Sebab, kuliner Nusantara memiliki rasa khasnya masing-masing dengan bumbu yang beragam dan proses memasak yang unik," ungkap Giyatno Gunardi selaku Corporate Chef Talaga Sampireun saat ditemui Kompas.com, Selasa (21/03/2023).

Restoran seluas 8000 meter persegi ini punya sejumlah hidangan yang menjadi andalan mereka, seperti Gurame Terbang, Patin Bakar Bambu, Cumi Goreng Madu, Udang Bakar Madu, dan Sop Iga Garang Asam.

Kompas.com berkesempatan untuk mencicipi beberapa hidangan andalan mereka. Makanan utama yang dicicipi yaitu Gurame Terbang, Udang Bakar Madu, Sop Iga Garang Asam, dan Sate Ayam Manis.

Gurame Terbang dimasak menggunakan teknik deep frying sehingga ikan terasa garing, bahkan siripnya pun bisa dimakan. Tekstur daging ikan guramenya pun padat dan disajikan dengan sambal kecap.

Bumbu pada Udang Bakar Madu meresap dengan baik dan ada aroma smokey yang menambah kelezatan udang.
