Sugar Rush as a skin line may endeavor to sweeten the League of Legends cast, but with Evelynn that transformation can only go so far. The character retains her edge, and her descriptive blurb underlines that: "In a world where every tooth is sweet, Evelynn's sugary bite is deadly."

Evelynn's rarely had a standard human shade of skin, but her skin as Sugar Rush Evelynn is a particularly striking candy-like pink. She wears a short black dress with what look like swirls of white frosting at the ends. The tights that run up to her thigh are styled to resemble a dark chocolate ganache somehow dripping up her leg, and in her hair she wears two giant, chocolate-dipped strawberries.
