Todd Fitz-Gerald, Stoneman Douglas: Fitz-Gerald had already led the Eagles to three state titles during his tenure, but his fourth
championship campaign may have been Stoneman Douglas’ best. The Eagles went a perfect
29-0 en route to the Class 7A crowd. Stoneman Douglas dominated opponents in all aspects of
the game, and with many key players poised to return as seniors next year, look likely to
perform similarly in 2024.
