In Outriders, players can earn skill points through gaining experience and leveling up their character over the course of 30 levels. Skill points, as expected, are used to unlock new abilities and perks in a skill tree for a subclass. But just how many skill points can you actually earn?
Outriders Max Skill Points Explained
The skill tree for subclasses in Outriders is actually pretty expansive. It's so expansive, in fact, that players won't be able to fully unlock everything in a skill tree. You see, the max amount of skill points players can learn is twenty. And there happens to be a lot more than twenty upgrades in a skill tree. What this means, is players will have to choose what upgrades to get to build the best synergy. They'll have to decide how they want to play, and what skills to get in accordance with their decided playstyle.
There is good news, however, and that's that players can always reset their skill tree. Doing so will refund all the earned skill points, meaning players won't have to go through that grind again. This is pretty helpful as it means players will be able to experiment as much as possible with a subclass until they finally find the perfect combination for themselves.
Outriders officially launched April 1 and will be available on the PS4, PS5, Steam, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. For those on Xbox, Outriders will be free if players have the game pass.
