Pokémon Go is hosting its third Alola-themed event, focusing on the jungles of Akala Island. With the event comes the debut of Fomantis and Tapu Lele, alongside tons of grass-type Pokémon. Rewards: Cherrim encounter, 5 Nanab Berries, 500 XP

  • Catch 5 grass-type Pokémon (Chikorita encounter)
  • Use 10 berries to help catch Pokémon (Bellsprout encounter)

Reward: Gloom encounter, 5 Razz Berries, 1,000 XP

  • Walk 1 KM (10 Poké Balls)
  • Catch 10 grass-type Pokémon (Foongus encounter)
  • Use 15 berries to help catch Pokémon (Shroomish encounter)

Reward: Paras encounter, 5 Pinap Berries, 1,000 XP

  • Walk 1 KM (10 Poké Balls)
  • Give your buddy 3 treats (Sunkern encounter)
  • Catch 7 different species of grass-type Pokémon (Chespin encounter)

Reward: Fomantis encounter, 1 Mossy Lure Module, 2,000 XP
