Between 1999 and 2006, She anchored the ITV talk show, Loose Women. While there, Adams created a popular and engaging mix of entertainment and topical issues combined with the rest of the female panel.

On November 5, 2013, Kaye returned to the panel in rotation with Andrea McLean and Carol Vorderman. Ruth Langsford, former Loose Woman returned to co-anchor the program with Andrea, Carol, and Kaye in January 2014. In July 2014, Carol left the show.
