She also served as a Meteorologist at Telemundo Las Vegas for NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fernandez began working for WSVN-TV in September 2019. Initially, she was a meteorology Morning and Noon weather forecaster at Kings TV based in Laredo, Texas.
She resigned in the year 2018, she had worked for the channel since September 2017. She had served as a Meteorologist and a Traffic Intern at NBC Telemundo. She also worked only for four months from the year 2017 to August 2017.
