Collecting gnomes in Fortnite is simple. Walking up to them will present a prompt to hold the interact key on your platform of choice, and following the prompt will collect the gnome.
Finding them is slightly more tricky. In Holly Hedges, you'll spot one in the dead center of town, ensconced among some potted plants. From there, head due north to the little garden with an arch of hedges. You'll find the gnome directly on your left once you walk in.
Fort Crumpet isn't marked on the map, but it's the big brown patch on the map to the northwest of Sweaty Sands. Drop into the courtyard on the ground floor and head to the northeast corner of the complex. One gnome stands behind the cash register there. Then run inside the central building and find the stairs that lead up inside. The gnome is underneath.
