How much does Overwatch cost? It's one of the most popular esports in the world thanks to its Overwatch League, but the game itself remains the focus of public attention. It is available for purchase at two price points, but not on all platforms.
On PC, Overwatch can be purchased in both Standard and Legendary editions. The Standard edition, which contains the base game and all content added since its original release, runs $39.99 from Blizzard's official store.
The Legendary edition includes an additional 10 skins, five exclusive Hero skins, a Heroes of the Storm Tracer unlock, a pet Winston for World of Warcraft, Mercy's Wings as a Diablo 3 cosmetic, in-game portraits for Starcraft 2, and a Hearthstone card back. It goes for $59.99 from Blizzard's store.

While the official PlayStation store and Windows stores list only the Legendary edition at the $59.99 price point, Amazon has that same product available for around $30. The price goes as low as $25.99 for a new copy on Xbox One.
Amazon also offers the Game of the Year edition, which is currently listed at $36.30. That edition forgoes the extra content of the Legendary edition and replaces it with 10 free in-game loot boxes.
A Legendary Holiday Bundle is currently on offer on Amazon that includes all the bonuses of Legendary edition plus a Cute But Deadly Carbon Fiber Genji figure. The bundle costs $39.99 and is only available through Amazon for the PS4.
The last way to buy Overwatch through Amazon is to purchase the Origins edition for $59.99, which appears to offer the same content as the Legendary edition available for the same price on the official Blizzard store.
Overwatch can also be played for free occasionally, as Blizzard frequently hosts free weekends and offers the game at a discounted price.
