Earl Schneider and George Kilgore used ATM and debit cards to the tune of about $26,000, including vast amounts of cash withdrawals from ATMs and also paying some bills for a Laurel home and business that the Secretary of State has deemed “misapprpriated,” the current head of the foundation said exclusively to the Leader-Call.
Alisha Bynum Fulgham, who has been working with the Mississippi Secretary of State to try to collect more than $34,000 in misused funds, said the pages of charges to the foundation debit card are stunning.
