Broward League of Cities President, David Rosenof, has served as Parkland City Commissioner since 2007. He holds an MBA in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. A Florida Certified General Contractor, David has earned certifications as PMP (Project Management Professional) as designated by the Project Management Institute, and LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Accredited Professional) by the U.S. Green Building Council. He has been a resident of Parkland since 1999.
