I was very sceptical about buying collagen as I never seem to find anything that works. But these have been amazing. 2 a day and it’s been a couple weeks, i can safely say my hair has nearly stopped falling out when I brush it and my regrowth is so healthy. I have found what I like now! Also these are very good with the Biotin and bounce well off each other. My gut health has also been great as well as my skin!!Goes Well With:Biotin. well I've been searching for some supplement to do a lot for me for a long time! I think MyProtein's Coconut and Collagen Capsules are the one. I have experienced a lot of good things using them for a while; my skin has gone better, it looks fresh and my scars are mostly gone and if i get a new acne scar it goes away way faster than before, my nails grow faster and I haven't break any of my nails in a long time! and I've been having better digestion I think because of these. The mix of collagen, coconut oil and vitamin C I love it!Goes Well With:It goes well with magnesium! I've been taking both of them after my workouts. no more soreness the next day!
