Where is the Largest Horde in Days Gone?

While Days Gone does provide a map to all 40 horde locations once the story has been completed, the game refrains from sharing population counts on each horde. Because it's significantly more time consuming to count out the total number of zombies at each location, no single largest horde has been identified through community consensus.

Still, there are several massive hordes, any of which could be the biggest in the game, and most of them exist in the same general region. Highway 97 is generally believed to be home to all of the biggest hordes in the story. Any bloodthirsty Freaker hunters will be best served heading there.
