Korean MMO company famous for Maple Story, Arad Senki, Mabinogi and Sudden Attack, Nexon recently announced that they have come to an agreement with Japanese big player in anime and manga publishing, Kodansha to develop online PC games based on Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig and Ghost in the Shell: State Solid Society.
And here's the best part- It will not be a Japan only release!
No further details were given on game's style of play, pricing or release date as yet so stay tuned to IGN for more on this.
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex series is based on Masamune Shirow's famous Ghost in the Shell manga, spanning 2 major anime series and a TV movie which are slightly different from the more philosophical Mamoru Oishii's Ghost in the Shell movies.
