Scala ad Caelum is the newest world to be revealed for Kingdom Hearts 3 in the latest Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer.
This seems to be the world that was referred to as "Cable Town," which was included in an exclusive Kingdom Hearts III footage.

Fans now have a visual representation of Scala ad Caelum or Cable Town. It's mentioned in the trailer that Scala Ad Caelum is "a seat of power for the Keyblade wielders." You'll have to wait until Jan. 29 to find out what that means, or if you feel so inclined, you can watch some of the latest leaked footage for Kingdom Hearts 3.
