Jonathan L. Glashow, Jeffrey L. Glashow, Jules J. Glashow and Jamie Pardell sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 17275 Bridleway Trail in West Boca’s Polo Club of Boca Raton to Judith Ruderman for $770,000 on Oct. 29.
The 3,068-square-foot house was listed for $879,000. It was built in 1990.
Dr. Glashow is an orthopedic surgeon who currently works in New York City as an attending physician at Lenox Hill Hospital and a consultant for Equinox Fitness Centers.
Dr. Glashow has been a consultant for the NHL’s New York Rangers for five years.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, he finished his M.D. at Cornell University Medical College in New York. He also completed a traveling fellowship in shoulder surgery.
There have been 1,526 sales in West Boca in 2008 with a median price of $200,000.
