Norman Lovell Obituary, Death Cause – Norman Gerald Lovell, aged 73, of Wiley, GA, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, September 26th, 2023, at 11:33 pm. He was born on February 18th, 1950, to the loving parents Frank and Mary (Holcomb) Lovell. Norman shared 52 beautiful years of marriage with the love of his life, Brendia (Cannon) Lovell. He spent his working years at the Recycling Center before retirement.
Norman’s memory will forever be cherished by those he leaves behind. He is survived by his devoted wife, Brendia Lovell of Wiley, GA, his daughter-in-law Judy Lovell of Wiley, GA, his sons Michael Lovell (Emily Jones) of Clayton, GA, Jeff Lovell of Wiley, GA, and Kristen Lovell of Wiley, GA. He also leaves behind his adored great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Norah, and Alex Lovell, along with his brother, Charles Lovell, and sisters Cathy (Lovell) Franklin and Dianne (Lovell) Vanderhorst.
Norman is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Lovell, his brother Frank Lovell Jr., his sister Carolyn (Turpin) Carpenter, his sons Timothy and Clay Lovell, and his cousin Donna (Turpin) Dills. Norman was a beloved Papa known for his deep love for the outdoors and his passion for working with his hands. A memorial service to celebrate Norman’s life will be held on Saturday, September 30th, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Carver officiating. May Norman Gerald Lovell rest in eternal peace, and may his memory forever warm our hearts.
