During his time there, he provided coverage for the crashing of a jet in Fresno, the massive flooding of Central Valley, the Sierra National Forest Fires, and the Yosemite Murders.
In addition, he took part in a marathon to create awareness and raise money for the Leukemia Society, served on the board of the Fresno Reads program, and helped in spreading awareness of the significance of bone-marrow registration and blood donation.
