Jody Wagner Obituary, Death Cause – The memorial ceremony for Judy Ann Wagner, who passed away at the age of 76, will take held at the Anniston Funeral ceremony, Russell H. Williams Memorial Chapel, on Saturday, August 5, at 1 pm. The Reverend Dianne Williams will act as the worship service’s presider. The burial will take place at Eden Hills Cemetery immediately following the funeral ceremonies. Mrs. Wagner did not make it past the 26th of July, 2023 and has already passed away.

Mrs. Wagner was a devout follower of the Methodist faith, and she was a regular participant at the Rising United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women in addition to those other activities. She attended Calhoun County Training School to the end of her study and was awarded her diploma in the year 1964. Survivors include her husband: Roger Wagner; daughters: Almeca (AJ) r Pettaway, Alveda B. Wagner, April (Dallas)

Cunningham; son: Tyron (Audrey) Speer; grandchildren: Amir Stargen, Jyrine Simmons, Acey Pettaway, Amauri Cunningham, great-grandson: Asa Stargen; her siblings: Melvin “Doug” Jackson Camas, Johnnie F. Beard “Raymond”, Larry W. McGrue, niece, La’Angela Beard; sisters in-laws Ella Mae Taylor and Pamela Phillips, other relatives and friends. Her parents, Johnny B. Jackson and Almeta Calhoun, along with her brothers Wiley Jackson and Christopher “Scoop” Jackson, all gone away before she did.
