GM Corporate Secretary KCIC, Eva Chairunisa mengatakan, sebanyak 8 perjalanan akan ditambahkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna kereta cepat Whoosh di periode libur panjang.
"Penambahan jadwal ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Hingga saat ini tiket untuk mayoritas jadwal Whoosh sudah terjual habis," kata Eva dalam keterangan resmi yang diterima Kompas.com, Rabu (7/2/2024).
"Karena itu, kami lakukan penambahan agar tingginya minat masyarakat ini bisa terakomodir," sambungnya.
Untuk saat ini, Eva menyebutkan bahwa tiket kereta cepat whoosh dengan rute Halim-Tegalluar pada periode 8 Februari 2024 mayoritas sudah habis terjual.
Sementara perjalanan lainnya, okupansi penumpang berada di atas 70 persen. Angka ini pun terus bertambah mengingat penjualan tiket masih berlangsung.

Dengan adanya penambahan 8 perjalanan baru, total perjalanan kereta cepat Whoosh menjadi 48 jadwal pada Kamis.
Penambahan jadwal tersebut juga membuat kuota perjalanan kereta cepat Whoosh bertambah sebanyak 4.808 menjadi hingga 28.848 kursi per hari untuk keberangkatan di periode tersebut.
Masyarakat yang ingin berangkat dan sempat kehabisan tiket, khususnya untuk perjalanan tanggal keberangkatan 8 Februari, dapat segera melakukan pemesanan melalui channel resmi berikut:
Harga tiket kereta cepat Woosh dijual dengan lima tarif yang berbeda, yaitu Rp 150.000, Rp 175.000, Rp 200.000, Rp 225.000 dan Rp 250.000 untuk kelas premium economy.
Perbedaan harga tiket kereta Whoosh terjadi karena penerapan skema tarif dinamis.
Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor, seperti jam sibuk (peak hour) atau jam nonsibuk (off peak hour), momen liburan (high season) atau nonliburan (low season), atau hari kerja ataupun akhir pekan.
Berikut jadwal kereta cepat Whoosh dengan harga tiket termurah, yakni Rp 150.000, Rp 175.000, dan Rp 200.000.
