Tis the season to be jolly, except in the case of FIFA 21 players who have been anxiously waiting for the FUTMAS event to begin.

Has FUTMAS Been Cancelled?

FUTMAS has been a staple in the FUT calendar for nearly a decade, and many FIFA fans across the globe look forward to it every year. With the release of the new FUT Freeze cards in Ultimate Team, many of these excitable FIFA players, have been left wondering whether the annual FUTMAS celebrations have been cancelled this year.

And there we have it, loading screen is there for all now (should be)

I really hope they haven’t cancelled FUTMAS ??#FIFA21 #FUTFreeze

Some FIFA fans have begun to speculate that this could be a case of EA deciding to push back the start time of FUTMAS this year, so that it falls in line with the weekend before Christmas. And some people have taken matters in their own hands. As was the case for Twitter user FUTPirlo, who decided to design his own range of FUTMAS cards.

EA may have cancelled futmas but I will not, day 10.
Today we have number 16 Dilrosun, and Lingard from 16th ranked Man United who actually has a solid card.

While many among us continue to hope that FUTMAS hasn't in fact been cancelled, with no word from EA in regards to the matter, fans are left clinging to what seems like a fool's hope. Hopefully Freeze delivers in terms of content for those missing FUTMAS.
