Borderlands 3 Mailbox: How to Check Your Mail
To check your mail in Borderlands 3, open the in-game menu by pressing Escape or Start, according to your platform of choice. Select the Social tab, then move over to the tab marked with an envelope. In that tab you'll find all the mail you've received to date, with exclamation marks on any you've yet to inspect.
The weapons in your mailbox can be claimed and added to your inventory. Once they're in your backpack, you can do with them as you please. Equip them or sell them, it's up to you.
