Much like the aforementioned rare fish besides the Vendetta Flopper, players will need a Pro Fishing Rod to catch it. The simplest way to acquire this rod is to hop into a match and find a Normal Rod. Take the Normal Rod to a workbench and craft the Pro Fishing Rod. It will take 100 of each material to every tier of upgrading.

There is no specific body of water to search for the Flopper. Only a select few players have even seen the fish, let alone caught it. Currently, its spawn rate is extremely low, but it can be found in just about any body of water around.
