Chad’s dedication and service to the Plymouth Fire Department were commendable, and his presence left a lasting impression on his fellow firefighters. Chad joined the Plymouth Fire Department on November 20, 2006, bringing his passion for firefighting and commitment to protecting the community.

The entire firefighting community mourns the loss of a dedicated firefighter and extends heartfelt condolences to Chad’s family during this difficult time. His memory will be cherished, and his legacy will continue to inspire those who follow in his footsteps. As a gesture of honor and respect, members of Plymouth Firefighters Local 1768 are requested to gather at 16:45 on Friday at the Hedge school for a uniformed walk-through. This walk-through ceremony is a solemn tribute to a fallen comrade, and it will allow firefighters to pay their respects and bid farewell to their brother in uniform.

Throughout his service, he displayed unwavering courage and selflessness in the face of danger, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and the community he served. Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, Chad retired from active duty on July 15, 2017, marking the end of his active firefighting career. Despite facing challenges and health issues, he remained an inspiration to all who knew him, demonstrating strength and resilience throughout his journey.
