KOMPAS.com - Buah merupakan salah satu jenis makanan yang kaya serat dan baik untuk tubuh.

Meskipun demikian, makan buah tidak selamanya sehat bagi beberapa orang karena kandungan gulanya.

Orang yang memiliki penyakit diabetes umumnya tidak boleh mengonsumsi buah tertentu seperti rambutan, mangga, duku, dan sebagainya.

Meski demikian, masih ada berbagai jenis buah rendah gula yang bisa dikonsumsi.

1. Alpukat

Dikutip dari Healthline, alpukat merupakan salah satu jenis buah yang rendah gula.

Satu buah alpukat utuh hanya mengandung sekitar 1 gram gula. Karenanya, buah berwarna hijau ini cocok dikonsumsi penderita diabetes.

Tak hanya rendah gula, alpukat juga kaya akan lemak sehat dan akan membuat tubuh tetap merasa kenyang.

2. Semangka

Meskipun terasa cukup manis ketika dikonsumsi, semangka termasuk jenis buah yang rendah gula.

Dalam satu cangkir semangka, hanya mengandung sekitar 10 gram gula saja.

Selain menyegarkan, buah semangka juga bagus untuk memberikan hidrasi pada tubuh.

Semangka juga mengandung berbagai zat gizi penting, seperti vitamin A, vitamin C, dan sumber elektrolit.

3. Jeruk

Jeruk merupakan alternatif camilan yang rendah kalori dan tidak banyak mengandung gula alami.

Buah berwarna oranye ini juga akan membantu tubuh untuk meningkatkan asupan vitamin C.

Dalam satu buah jeruk, hanya terdapat sekitar 14 gram gula dan 77 kalori saja yang cocok dikonsumsi penderita diabetes.
